Terms and Conditions & Customer Care

By using the services provided by Buck PCs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services.

Our Claim

Buck PCs warrants that all products have been thoroughly inspected and stress tested to the highest quality to ensure no defects of any kind in the product.

Warranty coverage

Buck PCs covers any component failures and factory defects within the warranty period (beginning from the date of delivery of your product).

All Buck PCs products are covered by a 30 day return policy if the product has arrived faulty or damaged, or becomes faulty or damaged because of a manufacturer defect.

When you purchase a product from Buck PCs, we provide you with all the necessary information and steps to register your components online for their manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer warranties range from 2 - 10 years.

If your product is not eligible for online registration, you will be provided with a paper copy of the warranty information, usually provided by the manufacturer.

Support coverage

All Buck PCs purchasers are entitled to helpdesk support regarding their purchased product.

Support regarding products under a manufacturers warranty will receive premium support and will be attended to first.

If your Buck PCs product has a hardware defect after the 30 day return policy is up but it is under a manufacturers warranty, Buck PCs warrants that we will assist you in resolving the issue and/or assisting you in making a warranty claim.

Limitation to Warranty

In no event shall Buck PCs be liable for any damages arising from accidental damage, abuse, misuse or misapplication, for example unauthorized overclocking. This also applies if the product has been modified without written agreement from Buck PCs.

Any 'mining' of electronic coins, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge Coin will result in the warranty being voided.
Any overclocking or modification by you or an external technician will result in the voiding of the warranty.
